Introduction
As a college student, your physical health and mental health are as important to
a successful university experience as your intellectual pursuits. UCSB offers a
variety of resources to support your health, whether it's medical care and health
education available at our full-service student health center, or the services of
psychologists, stress peers, and support groups offered by Counseling Services.
